Unexplored Temple in Mumbai, Trimandir

Hello and Namaste to Everyone,

Today I will take you to one the most beautiful and unexplored place in Mumbai.

In India, religion has been an important part and as historically Temples influenced Indian society on a political, cultural and economic level.

Temples are considered one of the most important places in Hinduism. They are seen as a sacred place where Hindus can go to worship and connect with their gods. Temples are a symbol of peace, belief, and hope for Hindus. Entering a temple helps us enrich ourselves spiritually such that we leave our worldly desires outside once we enter the temple and become one with the almighty.

So lets explore one of the heavenly temples in Mumbai, Trimandir.

Trimandir is located at Rishivan Kajupada on Abhinavnagar Road in the suburb of Borivali-East. This Trimandir is located on a hill, 300 feet above the sea level. This temple founded 3 years before, and constructed during Pandemic.

Trimandir are intended to shatter matbhed. Dada Bhagwan also known as Dadashri who was an Indian spiritual leader from Gujarat who founded the Akram Vignan Movement. Param Pujya Dadashri used to pass by this place years ago and use to do Vidhis. Pujya Niruma who was gynecologist by profession, she became a disciple of Dada Bhagwan during her study years. She nursed Dada Bhagwan during his illness, she had a strong inner intent for establishing a Trimandir at this place. She used to say that where there is a river flowing and there is a hill nearby, that place is certainly blessed by Goddess Padmavati.

Architecturally, this entire complex is surrounded by a lush, green forest. This temple has two 2 floors, temple on the 1st floor and the Satsang Hall is on the ground floor of the temple. Within the temple, you will find the idols of Gods of Jainism, Shaivism, and Vaishnavism along with Gods and Goddesses from other religions, which share equal reverence on the same platform. The idol of Lord Shree Simandhar Swami sits at the center, made entirely of marble and is 156 inches high. The idol of Tulja Bhavani Maa is also located in the Trimandir, as the Goddess was the protective patron deity of the Maratha King Shivaji and is highly worshipped by the people of Maharashtra.

Apart from this, Visitors who are interested in finding out more about Dada Bhagwan’s Spiritual Science of Akram Vignan can visit the Bookstall, which is located within the temple. The Bookstall has Books, Audio CDs, DVDs, Audio Books, Photos and much more in Gujarati, English, Hindi, German, Portuguese, Spanish and other Indian languages also.

After all this you may feel hungry, right..!

Don’t worry, they have a small food Stall name as Amba Foods. They serves a variety of pure vegetarian Indian food and snacks and tea.

Lastly but not the least, and one my favorite part of this temple is its magnificent view. This temple shares same border wall with Sanjay Gandhi National Park, therefore from here you can enjoy Jungle as well as city view at the same time.

Accessibility to this temple is very convenient and affordable. Here you can travel by Local Western Railway till Borivali. Then from Borivali east you can catch AC bus number 477 with name plate of Rushivan just in 6 rs. This bus will drop you till the last stop name as Rushivan itself and temple is in front of the Bus Station. Even if  one can travel by Metro. You can drop down to Rastriya Udyan. And from there its 7 mins walkable.

So what are you waiting for do visit this place and absorb all the positivity and purity.

Make sure you do not damage the property and keep the place clean and beautiful.

Thank You...
